Space Coast Health and Wellness is located at the intersection of Wickham Road and Parkway in Melbourne, Florida. We are inside the offices of  Suntree Psychiatry. Our official address is 3040 N Wickham Rd # 3, Melbourne, Florida 32935. 


Mrs. Fleck is a dual certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, certified in Family Health and Psychiatric Mental Health. 


Our scheduled office hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm. We are available early mornings, evenings and weekends by appointment. We strive to ensure access to care is easy and transparent. 


New patient appointments can generally be scheduled within two weeks. Sick visits and telemedicine visits are typically available within 7 days. 


Initial appointments to establish care generally take an hour. Follow up appointments, including telehealth and sick visits, are typically 30 to 45 minutes. Appointment times can vary depending on the plan of care and client acuity.


We want you to feel comfortable and not rushed. Our goal is to provide one-on-one individualized care to improve the overall health and well-being of our clients. 


  

Yes! For psychiatric and mental health services, we accept most insurance plans, including  United Healthcare, BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Humana, Medicare, Carefirst, Florida Blue, Optum and Oscar. 


Concierge family medicine and medical weight loss are self-pay only. 

We clearly list our pricing for these services under the appropriate tab on our website. 


We accept all major debit and credit cards. 

Payment is expected before or at the time of service. 

We do not accept cash or personal checks. 


Yes. Hometown Heroes will be provided a reduced rate for all self-pay appointments. This includes, but is not limited to, law enforcement officers and personnel, educators including office staff and support personnel, all first responders, public service workers, postal and delivery employees, and any client involved in childcare. We value your contribution to our community. 


Exclusions apply; please inquire for more details.


Clients may use their private insurance for lab work, and for those without insurance, we have options that are affordable and convenient. 


Medication management is based on each client’s plan of care and medical condition. Please note that there are federal and state guidelines in place which we strictly abide by. 


Yes! There is no need to visit urgent care for primary care services. We would be glad to assist. 


Yes.


Currently we serve clients in Florida and South Dakota only. 


Absolutely. We care for children aged 6 and above.
