Space Coast Health and Wellness is a concierge medical clinic located at the intersection of Wickham Road and Parkway in Melbourne, Florida. We share an office space with Suntree Psychiatry. Our official address is 3040 N Wickham Rd # 3, Melbourne, Florida 32935. 

Our healthcare provider is an Autonomous Advanced Practice Family Nurse Practitioner, certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Mrs. Fleck also holds a Psychiatric Mental Health certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. 

Our scheduled office hours are Monday through Friday from 11 am to 4 pm.  We are available early mornings, evenings and weekends by appointment. We strive to ensure access to care is easy and transparent. 

New patient appointments can generally be scheduled within the same week. Sick visits and telemedicine visits are typically available within 24 hours. 

Initial appointments to establish care generally take an hour. Follow up appointments, including telehealth and sick visits, are typically 30 to 45 minutes. Appointment times can vary depending on the plan of care and client acuity.  

We want you to feel comfortable and not rushed. Our goal is to provide one on one individualized care to improve the overall health and wellbeing of our clients. 

No. We do not accept insurance at this time. We are a direct pay-for-service provider. We are in the process of becoming credentialed with several insurance plans, which can take 6 to 12 months. Please see our pricing guide for more information, and be sure to check our sales and specials. 

We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks. Payment is expected before or at the time of service. If paying by check, please make the check payable to Space Coast Health and Wellness, LLC. 

Yes. Hometown Heroes will be provided a reduced rate for all appointments. This includes, but is not limited to: law enforcement officers and personnel, educators including office staff and support personnel, all first responders, public service workers, postal and delivery employees, and any client involved in childcare. We value your contribution to our community. 

We also offer those 65 and over 25% off all medical or mental health appointments. 

Clients may use their private insurance for lab work, and for those without insurance, we have options that are affordable and convenient. 

Medication management is based on each client’s plan of care and medical condition. Please note that there are federal and state guidelines in place which we strictly abide by. 

Yes! There is no need to visit urgent care for primary care services. We would be glad to assist. 

Yes.

Not at this time. We are based out of Melbourne, Florida and can serve any client within the state of Florida. 

Absolutely. We care for children aged 6 and above.
