Meet Ashley Fleck,
Founder & Care Provider, Space Coast Health and Wellness
Ashley Fleck is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and the founder of Space Coast Health and Wellness. A lifelong resident of Brevard County, Ashley is passionate about providing accessible, patient-centered healthcare to the community she calls home.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2011, followed by a Master of Science in Advanced Family Practice Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in 2020. Ashley followed up with Florida Atlantic University and graduated with her post-master’s certification in psychiatric mental health in 2024. With nearly two decades of direct patient care, she brings extensive experience in supporting adults, children, and families facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, postpartum depression and other common mental health challenges. Her core belief is simple: you don't have to go through obstacles alone. Let's work together to make every day meaningful and help you live your best life.
Ashley founded Space Coast Health and Wellness to create a welcoming and affordable healthcare environment where patients are treated like people—not just numbers. Her mission is to deliver personalized care that empowers individuals to take charge of their health and well-being.

Ashley believes in building a strong partnership with her clients, fostering open communication and mutual respect to collaboratively achieve goals. Recognizing that every client is different in what their destination of healing looks like, Ashley understands that this journey is not a simple, linear path but rather one with its own profound depth, unexpected curves, and moments of significant growth.
During your first Visit
The first appointment is focused on establishing a positive relationship, opening the lines of communication, and validating your concerns. We will discuss what is most important to you, discuss goals of treatment, and begin the process of building a plan. How much information you decide to share depends on your comfort level. The session is an honest and open space.
