The self-pay fee for our mental health services is $250.00 for clients without insurance or with insurance that is not in the network. For patients with insurance, your co-pay is determined by your specific plan, and it is the client's responsibility to verify insurance coverage prior to scheduling.

Duration: 60 Minutes +

We will meet for a face-to-face psychiatric consultation, which typically lasts about an hour. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my role is to listen to your concerns, provide support and education, and develop a treatment plan focused on achieving individualized positive goals. Towards the end of our session, I will summarize our plan, and you will leave with resources and tools for personal growth and positive outcomes. Your plan may differ from others and could include medication management, psychotherapy, or both. In most cases, multiple tools are utilized to attain positive, stable, long-term results.

Duration: 30 Minutes +

Follow-up appointments are generally shorter in duration (about 30 minutes) and focus on medication management, making necessary medication adjustments, reviewing potential medication interactions, considering the impact of other medical disorders on the patient’s mental and emotional functioning, and counseling patients about changes they might implement to facilitate healing and remission of symptoms.
