The self-pay fee is $250.00 for clients without insurance or with insurance that is not in network. For patients with insurance, your co-pay is dependent on your specific plan, and it is the client's responsibility to verify insurance coverage prior to scheduling. 

Duration: 60 Minutes +

We will meet for a face-to-face conversation, which generally lasts about an hour. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, it is my job to listen to your concerns, provide support and education, and also develop a treatment plan that is focused on meeting individualized positive goals. Towards the end of our session, I will provide a summary of our plan, and you will leave with resources and tools for growth and positive outcomes. Your plan may look different from others and may include medication management, psychotherapy, or both. In most cases, multiple tools are used to achieve positive, stable, long-term results.

Follow-up appointments are generally shorter in duration (about 30 minutes), with a focus on making medication adjustments, reviewing potential medication interactions, considering the impact of other medical disorders on the patient’s mental and emotional functioning, and counseling patients regarding changes they might make to facilitate healing and remission of symptoms.
