Together, a plan of care will be established and a physical exam conducted. Any questions or concerns you may have will be addressed, and the foundation for a personalized relationship to optimize health and wellness will be established.

There are many reasons why a client may choose a home visit. The patient may not have time to travel to and wait in an office, they may have transportation challenges, they may have health concerns that limit their exposure to crowds, or they may just want the convenience of a home visit. Clients can be seen in their home, at their work, school or church.

Our traditional clinic visits are unique in that there is no time limit to how long each client can spend with the provider. With larger practices, clinicians generally have a 15-minute window to evaluate, treat and document their encounter. We operate differently, and each client is treated with great care and commitment.
